Owner Operator

Justin Baker brings more than a decade of experience in spine, surgical navigation, and operating room support, working alongside surgeons and hospital teams throughout the Southwest. His background combines extensive clinical experience, medical device expertise, and a strong focus on dependable case support and long-term relationships.

Contract Manager

Anastacia Golden Morper is the Contract Manager for GPS Ortho Neuro, overseeing contracting, documentation, and coordination with our hospital partners. Originally from New Mexico, Anastacia brings a personable and organized approach to her role. Outside of work, she spends time with Jazzi, her highly trained jet-black German Shepherd.

The Navigation Support Specialist provides third-party technical and procedural support for surgical navigation cases utilizing the Medtronic O-arm™ Imaging System and StealthStation™ S8 Surgical Navigation System.

Working directly with surgeons, operating room staff, radiology personnel, and hospital teams, the Navigation Support Specialist helps ensure navigation equipment is properly prepared, configured, and available throughout the surgical procedure.
